Shipping & Returns
We use UK Royal Mail services to deliver all orders. Delivery time will depend on the shipping option you choose.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you have chosen the tracked delivery option, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can follow your order using your tracking number on the UK Royal Mail website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
We usually ship in-stock orders within the next 24 hours, Monday through Friday, not including holidays. In some instances, such as when items are thought to be in stock but are not available, you will be notified via email of other options prior to shipment of your order. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please complete the return form and send the item(s) back to us in its original, unused condition. Items must be sent back within 14 days of purchase within the UK, and 28 days of purchase from overseas.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked or signed for delivery service.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Once the return is received, we will be happy to exchange the item for your chosen product(s) or give you a refund.
Refunds will be processed onto the same debit/credit card or Paypal account used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 2-5 working days to show up in your account.
