How should I clean my silver?

Properly cleaning and storing your jewelry will keep your silvers shining like new.

Because we wear jewelry on active and exposed parts of our bodies, such as necks, wrists, and fingers, it is often susceptible to water, oil, and chemical damage.

To avoid such tarnish and erosion, clean your silver with a fresh, soft, and lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, as the chemicals can cause wear to metal and color. Silver is especially susceptible to chlorine damage and discolouring, so avoid swimming, showering, or washing your hands when wearing your jewelry.

How should I store my silver?

Store your silver in a soft and padded box or pouch. Silver is especially sensitive to heat and moisture, so make sure to store your jewelry in a dry, cool place. To avoid oxidation, silver can be kept in an airtight or zip locked bag.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You may return any items that you don’t like (excluding earrings, for hygiene purposes) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, in its original packaging with proof of purchase and a return form. Items must be returned as a whole and not as separate parts.

How do I return an item?

There is no need to lets us know in advance if you wish to return something. Simply ensure that you include the returns form in the parcel.

I didn’t receive a return form, how can I get it?

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 2 working days from when we receive the return items.

How do I exchange/replace an item?

If you would like an exchange at item, simply fill in the return form with the new item name and size that you would like to replace your purchase with. If there is any difference in price then we will refund it, or request that you pay any additional cost.
